Presented as one of the biggest attractions in the city, casino was introduced to the public on the 7th of August 1938 with a huge celebration attended by the elite of Bulgaria. Special construction techniques accounted for the sloping terrain were used for the building combining three architectural pro-jects. The casino is situated in an area designed as the shortest path to the beach, thus soon after its opening, it became a favourite place for entertain-ment of locals and guests of the seaside town.
